Quality Engineer Team Lead (QE 010) 6+ years

Role:

The QE Team Lead will oversee and manage all software quality testing aspects for multiple projects in multiple environments. The QE Team Lead will come with at least 6 years of experience testing software applications, especially enterprise class systems, writing and managing test cases and test plans, and managing software test teams.

Requirements:

• Science or Engineering graduate/ post-graduate degree.
• 6+ years in software testing and management of test teams and environments.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Fundamental understanding of entire software development & release life cycle.
• Proficient in testing both client/ server and web based applications/ systems.
• Experience making manual testing versus automation decisions and laying out strategy.
• C++, C#, Java and Database experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skill.
• Good team player, leader and motivator.
